Useless Ripoff
This app claims to be in English, BUT everything is in Arabic script, the streets, the banks, resturants etc.. It is of no value to an English speaker.
Not worth it
Expected it to be in English. Can read it or use it. Where can one return purchases like this? What a waste.
Useless.
I really like the idea of having a map for a country that is loaded on my device so I dont have to keep downloading from Google maps, and this application (and the corresponding one for Morocco) were the best I could find at this time - Jan 2012, but the map incldues only cities, not the countryside, and the map itself is not nearly a good as the one you get from downloading Google. Many of the city maps are minimal and many of the labels are in Arabic script. Even if you read Arabic, these maps are not complete and it appears that the GPS locator is not accurate either. For now, I found myself turning on data roaming briefly to get the Google map. Also, it should be clear that NO map will accurately and completely map the medina of any of these North African cities. The locals laugh wen you ask for such a thing. With better maps and better coverage, this would be a useful app. For now it is pretty much useless.
Where are the jihadists hiding?
Where are the locations of the bomb smuggling tunnels leading into Gaza? And under which pyramid are Arafats billions buried? And where are the murderers of the attack on the Luxor tourists? Ha ha ha; this app is a really pathetic joke!
Its just a waste
worst ever just wasted $5.00 worth of nothing, stay away guys! want my money back
